OPM Pinoy Song Lyrics
Bato Sa Buhangin
Author: admin, Category: Cinderella
Kapag ang puso’y natutong magmahal
bawa’t tibok ay may kulay at buhay
nguni’t kung ang pagsuyo’y lilipas din
bagay kaya ang bato sa buhangin
[chorus]
Kay hirap unawain bawa’t damdamin
pangakong magmahal hanggang libing
sa langit may tagpuan din
at doon hihintayin
itong bato sa buhangin
[instrumental]
Nguni’t kung ang pagsuyo’y lilipas din
bagay kaya ang bato sa buhangin
[chorus]
Kay hirap unawain bawa’t damdamin
pangakong magmahal hanggang libing
sa langit may tagpuan din
at doon hihintayin
itong bato sa buhangin
bato sa buhangin
Ooh ahh

19|Apr|2007I really love this song! I love it so much that u think about all my problems and just cry. It really helps when you are in a lot of stress. When I watch the movie “Anak” and when I hear this song, it reminds me of my grandfather, that died not too long ago! Which is really sad. Well, iI hope that you read this and I also hope that you enjoy this song, pinoy or non-pinoy!

09|Jan|2008Just saw the old movie of the same title, “Bato Sa Buhangin”, last night starring FPJ and a young Vilma Santos. Very touching song. I was surprised how beautiful the countryside was during that time, circa 1976. There was a long scene wherein the stars were in a convoy of 3 cars exiting the NLEX toll gate, then Bulacan, Pangasinan, and finally the zigzag journey to Baguiao. So sad things have deteriorated so badly, comparing these scenes to our time now.
Entertaining movie, and good song! Classic.
